The LBC is one of the largest urban Buddhist Centres in the West, and perhaps the best established Centre run by the Triratna Buddhist Community. The LBC runs regular courses, classes and retreats teaching meditation and Buddhism. It is the home of the Breathing Space Mindfulness for Health programme.
The Triratna Buddhist Community is an international network dedicated to communicating Buddhist truths in ways appropriate to the modern world.
