Sanghasiha was ordained into the Triratna Buddhist Order in 2009 and has been meditating since 2003. He believes that meditation can make a big difference in people’s lives – helping to meet challenges and experience change in new and creative ways.

As well as leading MBCT courses, Sanghasiha also regularly teaches meditation at the London Buddhist Centre, in Central London and elsewhere in the UK and Europe.


In addition to dealing with the specific issues of depression, addiction, pain management and stress – he has been very impressed with how Mindfulness Based Approaches can help individuals engage in much fuller, richer and meaningful lives.
