Booking Terms and Conditions
Booking payment
Courses and retreats must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
Concessions
The concessionary rate applies to students on a full-time course; people on a pension; people not working and drawing state benefits.
Refunds
If a retreat is cancelled more than one week before the start date then a refund of the amount paid less a £15 administration fee will be paid.
Payments for courses are not refundable or transferable unless the cancellation occurs more than two weeks before the start of the event in which case a refund of half the amount payable will be made.
