Being a carer for a family member or friend who can't manage alone can be very stressful. If you put all your energies into looking after someone else, it's easy to forget about yourself. Breathing Space runs retreats and drop-in sessions for East London carers where we provide Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction. These can help you learn simple techniques to reduce stress.
