Stress Reduction Essentials

4 week course

This course will introduce principles and meditation practices that can help you become more aware of your mind and be with a broader range of experiences - including how to ‘be with’ difficulty in your life. From this basis you can learn to make ‘wiser choices’ in your life that mover towards creative solutions and away from stress and anxiety.

Some of the things that MBSR can be beneficial for include:
