Mindfulness is the awareness that arises from paying attention, on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally, to things as they are.

Mindfulness for Stress is an 8-week, evidence-based course designed to help you manage stress, anxiety, and overwhelm. This course teaches practical mindfulness tools to reduce stress, calm anxiety, and bring balance to daily life.

Whether you're dealing with chronic stress or a specific stressful event, you'll learn how to respond to challenges in a healthier, more mindful way. Many participants report reduced anxiety, fewer panic attacks, and greater joy, confidence, and resilience.

What you'll get:

  • 18 hours of face-to-face learning with experienced Buddhist teachers
  • Guidance on building a meditation practice to manage stress and boost positive emotions
  • Weekly course summaries, resources, and recorded guided meditations
  • 22 practical tools to reduce stress
  • Small group check-ins and a supportive, compassionate environment

This course has helped thousands of people not just cope, but thrive. If you're ready to take control of your stress and improve your mental well-being, we'd love to have you join us.

The approach and design of this course has been based on studies evidencing the efficacy of mindfulness techniques for improving our wellbeing. You can read more about the outcomes of these impact studies here.

What past participants say about this course:

“I loved the session where we learnt that everyone shares the same negative thinking patterns - it stopped being personal.”
“Learning meditation from scratch and checking in on progress every week was so valuable, and worth doing the course alone!”
“The co-leaders were warm and responded to everyone with such kindness.”
“Everyone suffering from stress shouldn’t feel alone - just do this course, it will be the best thing you do!”

Mindfulness for Stress is co-led by two ordained Buddhist teachers, who have regular and intensive meditation and mindfulness practices.
