Mindfulness in Daily Life: Interactive Online Sessions

Breathing Space is running interactive, online sessions in 2025.

 

Each is 3.5 hours. You’ll take away a key mindfulness tool that is easy to use; and receive

plenty of input from experienced Buddhist teachers on how to apply mindfulness techniques

in daily life. There will be the opportunity to practice, be guided in meditation, and ask

questions.

 

During 2025, we will focus on key principles of mindfulness. Together, these principles will

equip you to set up and sustain a mindfulness practice.  

 

Our June session is on Resilience Training. We will learn how to develop resilience to

bounce back from challenge and create long-lasting change. We will learn what real

resilience is, and the tools and techniques that can help us to cultivate it.

Kavyamani

Kavyamani is a Buddhist name meaning 'Jewel of Inspiration'.  It was here, at Breathing Space, on a mindfulness for depression course, where she first learned to meditate.  It was the beginning of a journey that continues to this day and has radically transformed her life.  She lives and works in the local Tower Hamlets community and wants to share all she has gained from Breathing Space, with anyone who comes calling to its doors.
